COVID-19 Projects
Positivity Forum
April 1, 2020 - May 1, 2020
As the month of April begins, many of us are worried about our friends, families, and medical workers battling on the front line. With the current COVID-19 situation worsening and widespread negativity among the people, Hopestic wanted to focus on spreading optimism. We would like to remind everyone that we are all in this together, and we just have to keep fighting through with a smile upon our faces. During these difficult times, we wish to spread hope and positivity through our various platforms. Hence, for every day of this month, each of our members will share a quote that they believe has value in promoting positivity and showing encouragement. Through this simple project, we hope to cheer everyone on. For more posts, click on the link to our Instagram. Stay strong!

Virtual Art Lessons
May 21, 2020 - June 22, 2020
During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are at home in quarantine. However, we refused to let our situation prevent us from being able to continue to help others. The Arbors Assisted Living is a senior citizen home, who we got in contact with to see if we could help create project to entertain the senior people who live there. Our project consisted of our members creating arts and crafts videos for the seniors to virtually watch and learn from, hence giving them the ability to make their own art pieces. Every Tuesday and Friday, another member's video was played for the men and women, and they were able to indulge in creating an art piece for themselves. Although this was a simple idea, the feedback we got back was fantastic! The seniors were zealous and beyond happy watching our videos, they genuinely looked forward for another video. These virtual art lessons were a nice way for us to help the people who live at Arbors Livings to try something new but also feel as though people still love and care for them. That is the most important outcome of these lessons.
